Joy Martin, MA, LPC-A

Hi, my name is Joelnika (Joy) Martin. I am a wife and mother of 7 children ages 14-24. So, as you can imagine, my home is full of energy and excitement most of the time! I was born in Puerto Rico, but for most of my life, I lived in South Florida (I speak fluent Spanish).

I completed my undergrad in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. After graduation, I worked at a shelter for homeless youth and single mothers, which sparked my passion for making an impact in my community. My desire is to work with individuals and families who need help navigating life's challenges or just simply want to connect at a deeper level. For over 20 years, I have been involved with non-profit organizations that help provide resources for women who find themselves in a crisis pregnancy.

I am pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health from Colorado Christian University.
