We are so thankful for these women who are our support in so many ways!

Kristen Crain, MBA

Office Manager

First and foremost, I am a lover of Christ and passionate about sharing His love with others. He IS the Way-Maker, Miracle-Worker, Promise-Keeper, and Ultimate-Healer and I have experienced those things in my life because of Him. My mission is to help others see that truth in their lives.

In my previous life, I was in Business Management and leadership since 2000. However, COVID gave my husband and me a perspective shift and we decided the best place for me to serve our family was in the home- so I retired!

My role at 316 is connecting with potential clients and identifying the best course of action to begin their journey of healing. I absolutely love being able to encourage with truth and love and to share hope with the hopeless. I also help with operations and business processes, as well as planning and business strategies.

I enjoy spending time with my husband, Chad, and our four children- Rossi, Enzo, Abram, and Dominic. As a blended family, we have learned as the Lord has led us to overcome some of the challenges that present and put us in a place where we are blessed to lead a Blended Ministry in our local church body. Our family enjoys seeing movies, traveling, and mission work/serving opportunities, so you can find us in these places… or I just might be curled up with a good book!

Donor Relations

Hello! I am a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas. Previously, I was a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in the state of Colorado.

I have been working hands-on with clients since 2018 and one of the best parts about being a counselor is being able to listen to clients' life stories. I believe that most of us have not truly been able to share intimate aspects of our lives with another person and still be able to feel safe and accepted. It is my goal to extend empathy to everyone I meet and to resource them with tools that can help them through any situation in life.

I have experience working with an array of clients and pride myself on being able to work with people of all ages and backgrounds. I have always had a passion for breaking the mental health stigma in minority communities and have done a lot of advocacy work in both the black community and local church communities. It is important to me that all of my clients have a space where they can be advocated for and encouraged to take their mental health seriously.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and exploring all of the yummy places to eat in Dallas! My husband and I have been together for over seven years and married for over five years. We moved to Dallas from Colorado Springs in January 2021. After many years of trying to have a baby, we were able to get pregnant as soon as we moved here and are now honored to be the parents of a beautiful baby girl.
